Finned Tubes
Having 300 KVA solid state welding source, which is 50% higher in capacity in comparison to other machines available in India resulting into higher productivity with capability to fin Alloy, SS and CS Tubes of ranging 25mm dia to 175mm dia 6 meter to 25 meter length and Alloy/SS/CS fin material thickness of 0.8mm to 3.0mm and fin height of 8mm to 25mm
Aluminium Wrap-on Finned Tubes
Having capability to fin Alloy, SS and CS Tubes of ranging 25mm dia to 50mm dia and Non-Alloy fin material thickness of up to 0.40mm. Our Aluminum finning machines fulfill our requirements of the finned tubes capable of finning with G embedded, L footed, LL footed, KL knurled type in aluminum and copper on SS or AS tubes
Stud Pipes
Steel studded tubes are used instead of finned tubes for heat transfer in the petrochemical industry, generally in fired heaters and boilers where there is need of minimising erosion. Having capability to fin Alloy, SS and CS Tubes of ranging 25mm dia to 50mm dia and Non-Alloy fin material

Air Cooled Condenser
Used in the Oil & Gas industry to cool circulating fluids within finned tubes by forcing air over the exterior of the tubes. These are typically used where there is lack of adequate water available as a cooling medium, eliminate capital costs associated with water pumping, cooling towers, blow down, chemical treatments & land requirement.
